Just finished reading the article about the Healy family. How fascinating and informative. I have always been a student of History; both American and Irish. I love to learn about the people and what occurred during specific times in both our countries history.

I stopped by the AmerGale Irish Arts Event in Harvey Cedars, NJ today. It personified Irish Culture at its best; Music, Song, Poetry Reading and Dance. Said a quick "Hello" to Jim Curley, met Peggy McNally,a very gracious lady! Was sorry to have to leave, my Granddaughter was preforming in the Little Mermaid and I just couldn't miss that. I am considering joining.
