Wild Geese Irish Heritage Partner Margaret Johnson recently shared recipes from her latest cookbook, "Christmas Flavors of Ireland," with four "foodie" members of The Wild Geese Irish Social Network who volunteered their time and efforts for this fun feature.  Their challenge was to prepare and evaluate a dish from "Christmas Flavors of Ireland" and photograph the results.  These four recipes do not include a photograph in the book, so it was the task of each chef to determine the best presentation for their respective dishes.

Margaret will judge the four entries and award a free copy of "Christmas Flavors of Ireland" to the winner, and the three runners-up will receive a discounted purchase thereof.  You can pick up your own copy of the book (or a copy as a gift for an Irish "foodie" in your life) here.
