Totally Irish Gifts.com is owned by Shauna and John Curran, borne out of our own frustrations in trying to source unique and creative Irish gifts that are actually made in Ireland to give to friends and family for various occasions. Totally Irish Gifts.com became a reality and opened in October 2012 - an Irish store for Irish gifts.
All the Irish gifts featured on our website have been designed and made in Ireland, produced by designers, craftspeople and cottage industries.
We have travelled Ireland meeting with suppliers of Irish crafts, getting to know them and their amazing Irish crafts. We have sat at kitchen tables, in living rooms, in garden sheds, met at market stalls and small Irish shops and offices, at craft fairs and trade shows. There are so many talented crafters in Ireland enabling Totally Irish Gifts to offer a great choice. We are delighted to introduce our 60+ suppliers and their Irish crafts to the world.
We believe in the quality and beauty of the Irish gifts on our website, we are enthralled by the creativity and craftsmanship of our suppliers and most of all we believe in the ability and spirit of the Irish.

These Framed Tiny Tiles are new in stock, and I just love them. The colour combination is a beautiful variety of green and brown colours, which have been inspired by the typical shades of an Irish forest. The different Celtic designs intrigue me, and as there are a few Celtic symbols in this frame that I…

Professional Book Reviews below
“That’s Just How It Was is a moving family tale through which much can be gleaned about life during the push for Irish independence… This is a satisfying, emotionally involving read.”- Clarion Review
“Authors of family memoirs often overload their narratives with minutiae that puts nonfamily members to sleep. There are no such encumbrances in Mary Thorpe’s biography of her remarkable grandmother, Bridget O’Rourke. Thorpe…carefully blends Bridget’s story with the events of her day, some of the most pivotal events in Ireland’s history.”- Blueink Review
“Thorpe compellingly incorporates history into her grandmother’s story, always making sure to bring the narrative back to Bridget’s life and personal experience ….. a compelling story of a strong, capable woman and the history that surrounded her “.- Kirkus Review
