Make your own Valentine card with an Irish twist!

I think that shamrocks and hearts play very nicely with each other as design elements.  What do you say?

Simply click HERE for the PDF template.  Then, print, fold and decorate, following the directions on your printed page.

Be creative!  There are thousands of different looks possible with this template.  Here's how I achieved the look of my example: 

I printed the template onto heavy black and white patterned paper.  Then I printed it again on dark green paper.  From the green copy, I cut out the shamrock shapes (3 small hearts and stem) and glued them onto the patterned copy.  Then I outlined the shamrock with yellow and orange markers to make it stand out. 

You can achieve the same look by printing just once onto white paper and using markers to color in the shamrock and add the black doodles.  Have fun!
