Thank you for your welcome. I was born in Ireland--Kilmeedy, Co. Limerick-- and came to the US with my family when I was 13. I am now retired from my job as a public library director and teach literature classes to adult groups/continuing ed classes. I am teaching classes on James Joyce's DUBLINERS to two different groups at the present.

Yes, the Dingle peninsula is beautiful. It is possibly my favourite place in Ireland, along with the area of south Mayo from Clew Bay down to Killary harbour.
