Tigh Hughes

Spiddal's gem, and the west of Ireland's best kept secret. Mike Scott brought the Waterboys to Spiddal to record Fisherman's Blues, and the band spent much time in this pub. I heard it closed its doors in October of 2014, but that moves were being made to reopen this musical, hallowed ground.
