'One Great Irish Spot': 900 Years Young, Reginald's Tower, Waterford City

My great 'Irish Spot' is Reginald's Tower in Waterford City! I remember being blown away by the history of the Tower on my trip to Ireland after winning the Waterford Gathering competition! It was my first trip off the North American continent and although my ancestry is Irish, I hadn't delved into the history of Ireland itself. Waterford is Ireland's oldest city and celebrates it's 1100th year Anniversary this year and I wish I was going back there to party with them! The Viking Triangle is a must see if you're in Waterford! Reginald's Tower is center in the photo.

Waterford's 1100th Anniversary!
