1.5 oz Knappogue Castle 12 Yr Single Malt Irish Whiskey
.5 oz Celtic Honey Liqueur
4 - 5 cloves
Hot water (or for extra flavor and kick, fresh brewed black tea!)
Cinnamon stick (optional)
Combine whiskey and liqueur in mug. Stick cloves on each side of the lemon. Add lemon to mug and gently press with back of spoon to release the juices. Add hot water or tea and cinnamon stick if desired. Relax and enjoy! Sláinte!
