This year's festival, ending the Catskills Irish Arts Week, was dedicated to the late Felix Dolan,longtime pianist and accompanist for generations of Irish musicians in New York. Msg.Charlie Coen, a master concertina
player himself, said the opening prayer in Felix's name, while uilleannpiper Bill Ochs, in background, later played a tribute to Dolan.
