I'm Liv. I grew up in Athlone in the Midlands of Ireland and followed the case closely from a young age. My desire to tell this story with respect and accuracy was a personal mission.
I spent years researching the case, pouring over court transcripts, reports, news articles and witness statements, to craft a narrative that is both informative and engaging.
Meanwhile, my husband, Marcus, an upcoming voice artist, brought his considerable talent to the project, providing the narration that helped bring the events of the story to life.
The result of our collaboration is a gripping and emotional eight part series that leads you through four decades of a family’s fight for truth and justice.
What makes "Kilcoursey" unique is the depth of research and attention to detail coupled with the most up-to-date chronological presentation of all the evidence and developments available.
But despite the years of work that have gone into this project, our motivation is simple: to tell the entire story and do it justice by delivering it with the respect it deserves.
We have no vested interest in the case, nor do we know any of the people involved personally.
Our aim is to encourage the public to take an interest in the case by shedding new light on a tragedy that has had ramifications far beyond the Midlands of Ireland.
