On the occasion of the 25th Anniversary of the Northern Ireland Investment Act, please join New York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli in honoring Assemblyman John Dearie and Congressman Joe Crowley for their outstanding and historic contributions promoting peace and justice in Ireland:

- U.S. Special Peace Envoy for Northern Ireland
- Irish American Presidential Forums
- Ad-hoc Congressional Committee on Irish Affairs
