Galway author and storyteller Rab Fulton will be teaching a six week online course on MEMORY LANDSCAPE STORY.

The course builds on the teaching techniques Rab has developed over the last five years of teaching storytelling in NUI Galway, and also on his decades of experience as a writer and storyteller.

Over the six weeks participants will examine folklore, landscape in folklore, the landscape around us, the landscape of our memories, and the folkloric elements that can be found in memory. Using this new appreciation of landscape and memory participant will then create their own wonder tales. The course also aims to develop people’s awareness of the importance of memory and landscape for individual and societal wellbeing and creativity.

The workshops begin on Saturday 19th June at 7.30 Irish Standard Time. The cost is 100 euro or 75 euro discount. Each workshop will run for ninety minutes.
