The Ancestery DNA test accorded with our oral family history. The Fitzpatricks were from Kiltimagh and the Collins from Galway.
I became a Quaker 14 years ago; partly because I suspect that our family line may well have ended if it were not for the Quakers during the famine but also for what they have done more recently. I visited Friends in Belfast some years ago and want to increase my acquaintance with Friends all over the island.
