THE BALLAD OF THE O'DONNELL HOUSE

In memory of Ellen O'Donnell McAllister and Charles McAllister

This is a true story of a murder that occurred during the Molly Maguire saga in the anthracite coal fields during the mid and late 1800's.

The Ballad of the O'Donnell House was written while I was working on my novel, The Pipes Are Calling (2006) - the murders were at the heart of the story.
