Oscailt Oifigiúil Ghaeláras Mhic Ardghail ar an Iúr

Ar an Luan 18ú Feabhra 2013, sheol Conradh na Gaeilge Chraobh an Iúir, an Chultúrlann úrnua, Gaeláras Mhic Ardghail ar Sráid an tSéipéil Uachtarach ar an Iúr.
Is é an Gaeláras toradh ar an chomhpháirtíocht dícheallach idir An Ciste Infheistíochta na Gaeilge, Comhairle an Iúir agus Mhúrn, Comhaltas Uladh agus Craobh an Iúir í féin.

The new Gaeláras will act as a community and social hub for the vibrant Irish language community in Newry and the surrounding areas. The new facility will provide access to tutorial and networking areas while a multi-purpose auditorium will host Irish medium exhibitions, lectures, inter-school events, quizzes and presentations. With a Local Heritage activity area and an Irish Language Library, the Gaeláras will serve the needs of Newry Gaels for generations to come.
