A very informative video program....our mouths were watering when Kelly took a bite! Margaret and Kelly both did a wonderful job, especially considering the technical challenges of being separated by thousands of miles and in Margaret's case, not having a cameraman.
Hoping something similar to this can be done with some of Margaret's other Irish recipes in the future.
Thank you ladies! And a very Merry Christmas to both of you and your family's.
