Cait, failte to The (New) Wild Geese. Love Edinburgh, which came dramatically to my attention in the film "The Prime of Miss Jean Brody." I nearly attended the University of Edinburgh for my third undergraduate year, but attended Trinity College Dublin instead. The rest, as they say, is history! Looking forward to hearing some of your Irish stories as your time and energy allows. Ger
Just wanted to take a second to welcome you here to The Wild Geese. Loads of great articles, discussions, resources, etc. to be found here ... and of course, plenty more to come. Hope to hear about your own Irish interests and passions through the medium of a blog post here in the future. Chime in on any of the discussions whenever you feel so inclined.
