Our Irish-themed crossword puzzles are among the most popular features in The Wild Geese community. This time around, we focus on the most visited tourist destinations in Ireland, as recorded by Fáilte Ireland. This list may come in quite handy for the lucky Wild Goose who wins the round-trip airfare for two in our "Bring a Pal Home" competition by recruiting the most new members.
We've put together a puzzle which will be a walk down memory lane for some who have visited Ireland, and may just be a nice primer for those who are planning their first trip. Some of the clues may not be terribly difficult for you, and others may strain the brain a bit -- but that's what it's all about!
Once you've completed the puzzle, be sure to leave a comment below to let everyone know how you fared. If you cannot determine one or more of the answers, sit tight and wait for the answers to be revealed.
Simply click the thumbnail image of the puzzle below, and you'll be taken to the interactive puzzle page.

As always, have fun, and "go n-éirí!"

I've missed the puzzles...That one's sussed
Sussed meaning simplified, Bit?
"Sussed" = figured out
In the competition to get new members, DO YOU PAY FOR TWO TICKETS JUST ONE WAY TO DUBLIN, OR ARE THEY ROUND TRIP TICKETS?
AND is anything else, like a B&B stay, food, transportation in Ireland etc, covered?
This may not be the exact place to place these questions but it would help me, to know; maybe others. Thanks
The grand prize is round-trip airfare for two, Bernard. In other words, the winner will pay nothing to get humself / herself and a friend from NYC to Dublin, and back again! We're leaving meals and lodging up to the winner.
Thanks for asking us to clarify that.
Ok, no problem. Just needed to have that matter sussed.
YAY! I completed the puzzle. Now I need to visit all these attractions!
