Welcome, Ron. Great to have you on board! Looking forward to learning about your own Irish story, as your time and energies allow. How did your family end up in 'The Big Easy,' for one.
My grandmother, a Gallagher, came here from County Cavan. She was born in 1876. We thought our grandfather also came straight from Ireland, but apparently his parents were already in the U.S. when he was born. Still researching that. They came to New Orleans from Laurel, Mississippi.
