Theia Couture Creative Director Don O'Neill, center, worked in Paris and London before making his way to his current headquarters in Manhattan. Tuesday he addressed dozens at the IBO-NY's monthly networking breakfast at Fitzpatrick Manhattan Hotel in midtown. O'Neill, one of the newest members of The Wild Geese, spoke about the challenges he's faced forging his own design brand after starring for other high-profile couture figures. O'Neill credits his upbringing in Ballyheigue, County Kerry, for much of his design inspiration.
