An Irish pub I came across in Rome last May. I poked my head in to see what might be going on, and there were four young (Irish?) priests sitting in a row.

Susan, there was, and perhaps still is, the renowned "Irish College" in Rome, I believe, for the training of Irish priests in the time when those opportunities couldn't be had in Ireland.
