Syracuse, N.Y. -- Gerry Regan, executive producer of The Wild Geese, celebrates the conquest of the 'green over the red' at the legendary Irish enclave of Tipperary Hill, whose indefatigable spirit has come to be represented by the unique traffic light there 'where green is on top.'

Gerry, I like the Easter Lily on your lapel. I was in Ireland over Easter. I stayed at a hotel a few block away from The GPO. There was very little outside to commemorate the historic event; a few bouquets of Lillie's and a pathetic looking wreath. I didn't take any photos, my granddaughter did, she hasn't forwarded them to me yet. She is only 13 yrs. old, not too interested in the history. She did like Dublin, Roscommon and Sligo.

Geraldine, someone handed me the lily, I think it was our fellow member Terry O'Hara. Friend him -- he's a good man! Looking forward to seeing some of those pix.The lily is a poignant symbol of resurrection -- The Easter Rising epitomizes that.
