IRISH-AMERICAN SINGERS - ROSEMARY CLOONEY (KY)

Outside of "Danny Boy" she never recorded too many Irish songs, however singer and actress Rosemary Clooney (1928-2002) is among the most famous of all Irish American singers. Born in Maysville,KY into a family of Irish and German ancestry, she had some of the biggest pop hits of the 1950s.
