Andy Cooney has been called by the NY Times "Irish America's Favorite Son" and is today one of the most popular singers of Irish American style songs and ballads. Born on Long Island, NY into a family of nine children, Andy has been singing Irish songs all his life, starting at an early age through the influence of his Dublin born grandfather Andy Feehan.
