New York -- About 100 gathered Tuesday evening at the Irish Consulate in New York to greet Jimmy Deenihan, Ireland's Minister of State for the Diaspora, including, left, Rosina Gallagher, president of the Donegal Association of New York, and Sean McNeill, right, proud Wild Geese member and president of Irish Business Organization of New York.
