Ryan, are you sure this isn't a picture of a painting? It looks to me like there is glass over it and there are some reflections off that glass.

I noticed those, Joe, but I thought they were "vintage" effects applied by the photographer's editing software or phone app.  I have a few of those myself and will sometimes play around with effects that look very much like the markings on the image above.

Now I'm curious! :-)

Looking at it closer, I think it may indeed be a painting.  I thought it was just the effects that gave it to look of a painting!  Either way, it's a beautiful image of a majestic spot.  I drive through this valley often.

Just received the answer.  It is indeed a photograph taken from a bus window (hence the reflections).  Definitely some other filters applied there as well, but it's really a lovely photo considering it was taken from a bus!
