This is my great ancestor of the Kievan Rus. He was a Varangian Prince and arrived in Kiev in 862 and took up residence in Norvogord until 879. Both the paternal and maternal descendents are quite long and have ties with Ireland, Scandanavian and Russia, as well as the false Israelites known as Khazar's of the Ukraine who did not become Jewish until 740.
