St. Colman's Roman Catholic Cathedral, Cobh, completed 1915. The cathedral contains the only church carillon in the Republic of Ireland, which with 49 bells is one of the largest carillons in the British Isles.

Looking out from the White Star Lines Parade Grounds. The passengers for the Titanic from this port gathered here and took smaller ships over to the Titanic, which was anchored in the mouth of the port. That cannon is either from the Crimean War or the Boer War. They have two. Notice the Palm Tree on the street---there are several that survive due to the temperate climate.
