Margaret M Johnson is the author of 10 Irish cookbooks. She also works as a food and travel journalist who has contributed to Intermezzo Magazine, Cooking Light, Dublin's Food & Wine Magazine, and Cara, the Inflight Magazine of Aer Lingus. She will be leading a "Flavors of Ireland" Tour to the Emerald Isle October 8-15, 2014.
