More than 60 gathered Tuesday in the midtown Manhattan residence of the New York Irish Consul General in praise of Peter Quinn's storytelling talents. They included former New York Governor Mario Cuomo (seated center, to the right of host Noel Kilkenny), raconteur Malachy McCourt (in blue), Malachy's brother Alfie (seated behind Malachy), and more than a dozen other creatives from New York's publishing and Irish cultural scene. "Dry Bones" is the third thriller from Quinn featuring protagonist Fintan Dunne.
