This 758 page book was published in Boston in 1871 by Lee and Shepard and is Gilmore's account of all aspects of the Peace Jubilee from Conception through planning ,performance and reviews . Gilmore leaves no stone un-turned when giving an accurate account of this the largest musical event in the world to this date .
