Welcome Mari, Hope you will share your Irish History wants and needs with us here at Wild Geese. We aim to please. Let us know. We know we can be of help. Belinda :)
Thank you, Belinda.
I enjoy reading about Ireland. Have visited it twice; once on a horse trek through County Kerry from Killarney to Waterville. My paternal great grandfather emigrated from County Longford.
Currently, I have a friend on Facebook who lives in County Tipperarey.
I sincerely appreciate your welcome note.

did you go to marquette? i did. have several friends who were in the dent hy program but many years ago. i'm older than dirt but still on this side of it.
got out of high school in 60. after a false start or two i partied my way thru mu pretty much full time from 62-75. followed mcguire's bb teams all over the country and salvaged some credits here and there. they finally gave me a BA and showed me the door in 75. tended bar and sold real estate throgh the remainder of the 70s and 80s then followed an old love to maryland in 91 and ended up using my education credits as a substitute teacher with never a day off for 11 years. now work in the school systems administration offices.
i'll be in mke for mcfest from the 15th thru the 19th. do you ever go after the milking's done?
