I wish that I had known prior to booking my flight...I would have extended my stay by an extra few days. As it is, I fly out Tuesday afternoon

Ain't it always the way - I just got the notice last night and put it up right away. I'm always alternately annoyed and entertained at people who send you the notice of an event 48 hours ahead of time. I have commitments on my calendar in February and just accepted an appointment to the Senior Alumni Board at the University of Notre Dame, to which I have made a 3-year commitment. AH well - safe travel and here's hoping a late blizzard doesn't slow things down.

Snow in Times Square could make for interesting photographs though...and if our plane were snow delayed by a few days once we were there...that would be alright by me
