Seen 'Jimmy's Hall'? .. What Do You Think?

Jimmy's Hall has been playing around the U.S. for several months now. Have you seen it? If so where are you and what was the name of the theater where you saw it? What did you think? We'd love to hear your impressions about the plot, the acting, the sets, the music, the politics of Ireland at the time, including the immense power of the Catholic Church. Whatever thoughts or impressions you might have about the film, we'd love to hear them.

And if you haven't seen it ... what the heck are you WAITING for? Check out our coverage of the film HERE.

I relished depictions like this of fascinating and sadly obscure moments in the history of the Irish. I found the plot line inspiring, the sets not only authentic but largely original, and acting astute in this latest from Sixteen Films.
