Melanie, many years ago I participated in a living history in Fort George in Hamilton. It's a beautiful old fort.
Hi Joe, I think that you may mean Fort George in Niagara-on-the-Lake...very big on re-enactments of the war of 1812 etc. Here in Hamilton they have a yearly re-enactment of the Battle of Stoneycreek in June. Very well done...a few Fenians(fighting for the Americans).
