    I can't go far back into my family history, sadly, but I don't know of any County down connection. My paternal grandfather, Esmonde William Little was born in Dublin in 1886.

    Thanks, David for responding. Sorry that you've not had much success in tracking down your Little ancestors. They seem to be an elusive bunch! Wish that we had a familial connection. Perhaps in time with further research we'll identify a common ancestor back in the Border Region of Scotland/England J
