Moran and my DNA, Etc...

My first question is: Does anyone know what parish(es) the name Moran comes from? Or do you have any ancestors from the county Mayo in Ireland? I am looking for for distant cousins and I recently had to cancel my Ancestry account. Here’s my GEDMatch #A818179
My next comment/question is: If I am 26%, Irish mostly because of my grandmother’s (maternal) maiden name Moran. What percentage would my mother be? And my grandmother? I know these are questions that I SHOULD know. But I am drawing a blank (sort of speak.
