<p>Thanks for the info, Ger. I finished viewing Mise Eire. The most touching scene in the movie was the release of Countess Markievitz (Sp?) from jail after the uprising. She was a hero to the Dubliners and to all Irish, and was treated as such that day.</p>

<p>Jim, I acquired the CD containing the soundtrack for Mise Eire, produced for the 50th anniversary of the release of the film. It's a stunning musical achievement, matching the visual and curatorial accomplishment of the filmmakers. My Dad acquired, and I still own, the 2-record album from CBS, which included a very interesting hardcover commemorative book. Alas, we lost the book through the years. Updating the album set to digital format would be a godsend to the hundreds of thousands of…</p>
