DESCRIPTION:This coming Monday (January 27th), we'll once again open t
 he doors of The Virtual Síbín to welcome in all members of The Wild 
 Geese to hear Irish storyteller, Jim Hawkins.  Jim is a seasoned stor
 yteller in the great Irish tradition.  He loves telling stories and s
 inging songs in the old way.  Jim helps to carry on this wonderful tr
 adition, taking themes from Irish history, culture and traditions.  M
 any of the stories and songs are humorous while others are quite serio
 us.  Jim has written some of the stories himself based on his experie
 nces and memories of growing up in Castletown, Geoghegan, County Westm
 eath.As Jim joins us for a hangout in The Síbín,  he will take time
  to discuss different aspects of Irish history and culture.  Jim enco
 urages everyone to speak about their own Irish roots and connections b
 y sending real-time messages in the Main Chat Room here at TheWildGees
 e.com, via Twitter, or via The Wild Geese Facebook page.  He'll try t
