 rse who trained in Ireland and has over twenty years of experience in 
 many countries. She has worked in emergency medicine, intensive care m
 edical-surgical units, liver transplant and more recently, palliative 
 care.  Having always been interested in the relationship between diet 
 and wellness, she studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition N
 YC (www.integrativenutrition.com), graduating as a Holistic Health Cou
 nselor in June 2007.  Admission is free. Coffee and tea will be availa
