SUMMARY:8th Annual Sean-nós NW Festival
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the 8th Annual Sean-nós Northwest Fest
 ival!  Sean-nós Northwest celebrates and promotes traditional Irish 
 culture by offering a weekend of workshops in sean-nós singing, sean-
 nós dancing, Gaeilge, traditional Irish music, storytelling, art, gen
 ealogy, and even cooking.  This year's featured guest instructors are
  Liam Ó Cuinneagáin for Gaeilge studies, Brían Ó hAirt for sean-n
 ós singing, Brian Cunningham for sean-nós dance, Dale Russ and Tes S
 lominski for Fiddle, and Danny O'Mahony for Accordion.  The festival 
 also includes a CD launch/house party, a session, and a concert featur
 ing festival instructors demonstrating their craft.  All experience l
 evels are welcome, from absolute beginners to master-level singers, da
 ncers, and musicians and conversational speakers.  \nThe festival is 
 held at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, about an h
 our south of Seattle. Assistance with in-town and airport transportati
